| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on application dated April 9, 2008, in the above-entitled matter is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by Vicky Faupel, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 20, 2000, under the name Vikki M. Rogers, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Vikki M. Rogers.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Vicky Faupel to Vikki M. Rogers, effective immediately.
