Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 26, 2007, inter alia, to amend the brief filed by his assigned counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to amend the brief filed by his assigned counsel is granted to the extent that leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted and on or before June 17, 2008, the appellant shall serve file the supplemental brief, if any, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
