| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Regina Felton on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 1, 2008, and March 28, 2008, respectively, to stay enforcement of the order dated February 1, 2008, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Cross motion by the respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant Regina Felton pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied without prejudice to seeking the relief in the Supreme Court, Kings County.
