ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 4, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the appellants, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered August 14, 2007, is amended by deleting from the recitation paragraph thereof the words "motions and the papers filed", and substituting therefor the words "motion and no papers having been filed".
