36 W. 128th LLC v Bowman, Vincent
It is Ordered that the motion and cross-motion are consolidated for disposition. The execution of the warrant of eviction is stayed through June 16, 2008. This is to afford the appellant a final opportunity to perfect the appeal for the next available term. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected and the appellant is current in the payment of use and occupancy, the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after June 16, 2008.
