| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 16, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which denied the defendant's motion to be provided with certain transcripts, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 12, 2005, is amended by adding thereto the following decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file his supplemental brief is enlarged until May 23, 2008, and the appellant shall file nine copies of his supplemental brief and served one copy on the District Attorney on or before that date."
