| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 2, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which denied the appellant's motion for the assignment of counsel without prejudice to renew, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 30, 2007, is amended by deleting from the final decretal paragraph thereof the words "April 2, 2008", and substituting therefore the words "May 23, 2008".
