Now upon reading and filing the affidavit of Robert B. Hallborg, sworn to March 24, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the letter of J. Michael Marion, dated March 27, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that appellant shall file 10 copies of a supplemental brief, with proof of service of one copy on the People, on or before April 15, 2008,
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental brief, if any, on or before April 30, 2008.
