Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 2, 2007, to stay so much of an order of the same court dated February 14, 2008, as directed the parties to complete depositions by May 1, 2008, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated May 2, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
