Appeal by Keenon H. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 25, 2008. By order to show cause dated April 22, 2008, this court directed the parties to show cause, on May 1, 2008, why the above-entitled appeal should not be dismissed on the ground that the appellant had not responded to the scheduling order dated March 13, 2008.
ORDERED that the order to show cause dated April 22, 2008, is vacated, on the ground that the appellant has responded to the scheduling order.
