Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 26, 2007, which is on this court's calendar for April 29, 2008, and an appeal from an order of the same court, dated August 10, 2007, to remove the appeal from the order dated January 26, 2007, from the calendar of April 29, 2008, and, inter alia, to consolidate that appeal with the appeal from the order dated August 10, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
