| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 30, 2007, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing a complete copy of the complaint and certain unreported judicial decisions. Cross motion by the appellants to extend the expiration date of the respondents' Section 8 voucher until December 31, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and upon the stipulation of the parties and the defendant New York City Housing Authority, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted the appeal will be calendared expedtiously; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before May 9, 2008, the respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record containing a complete copy of the complaint and the unreported judicial decisions which are attached to the motion papers as Exhibits B and C; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted and the expiration date of the respondents' Section 8 voucher is extended until December 31, 2008.
