It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of the trial until August 14, 2008, to afford the appellant a final opportunity to perfect the appeal. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected, the stay remains in full force. Otherwise, this stay is vacated on August 15, 2008.
