On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 21, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the appellant, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated October 23, 2007, and January 15, 2008, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the word "Kings," and substituting therefor the word "Orange."
