DECISION

On the court's own motion, so much of the June 21, 2007 order as consolidated appeals numbered 2006-2083 K C and 2007-894 K C for the purpose of disposition under number 2006-2083 K C, is vacated, and the order dated September 20, 2007 dismissing appeal number 2007-894 K C is vacated.

Application by appellant and for leave to withdraw appeal number 2007-894 K C is granted.
