| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 13, 2008, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the same court dated October 23, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the order is deemed to be a premature notice of appeal from the judgment (see CPLR 5520[c]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
