| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents-appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file an answering brief, including points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), on an appeal and cross-appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered February 26, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file an answering brief, including points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until May 30, 2008, and the answering brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
