Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 1, 2008, to enjoin the respondents from performing any work of any type pursuant to the subject reconstruction project along the appellant's property located at 123 Washington Street, Town of Orangetown, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondents are enjoined from performing any work of any type pursuant to the subject reconstruction project along the appellant's property located at 123 Washington Street, Town of Orangetown, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
