Motion by Elena B. S. on appeals from nine orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 16, 2007, June 4, 2007, June 29, 2007, July 17, 2007, August 9, 2007, August 22, 2007, September 13, 2007, November 16, 2007, and December 21, 2007, respectively, to stay enforcement of so much of the order dated August 9, 2007, as prohibited contact between her and the incapacitated person pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
