ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 3, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, on the court's own motion, granted the appellant leave to serve and file a supplemental brief, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 15, 2006, is amended by deleting from the caption "Ind. No. 151-06" and substituting therefor "Ind. No. 161-06."
