It is Ordered that the motion for substitution is granted. The "Estate of Ernest Castaldo" is hereby substituted for the decedent - Ernest Castaldo. The cross-motion is granted to the extent of vacating the stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction, previously granted by this Court.
