DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 29, 2008, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Motion by Harrison Joseph Edwards III on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 14, 2007, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 26, 2007, inter alia, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 30, 2008, as conditioned a stay of stated portions of the order dated November 26, 2007, upon the perfection of the appeals on or before March 17, 2008, and to clarify the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 30, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 30, 2008, as conditioned a stay of stated portions of the order dated November 26, 2007, upon the perfection of the appeals on or before March 17, 2008, is granted, and the decision and order on motion dated January 30, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "March 17, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "May 29, 2008"; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to clarify the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 30, 2008, is granted and the decision and order on motion dated January 30, 2008, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "so much of the order dated November 26, 2007, as authorized the Parenting Coordinator to resolve issues between the parties" and substituting therefor the words "so much of the fifth decretal paragraph of the order dated November 26, 2007, as authorized the Parenting Coordinator to decide issues between the parties"; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
