Separate applications by the appellants-respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge their time to serve and file their respective reply briefs on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 4, 2007.
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the appellant-respondent Integrity Contracting, Inc., to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 27, 2008, and the reply brief of Integrity Contracting, Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the appellant-respondent North Fork Bank to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until June 10, 2008, and the reply brief of North Fork Bank must be served and filed on or before that date.
