Application by the respondent-appellant Virga Commercial Contractors, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief responding to the brief of the appellant-respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 7, 2007.
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the movant shall serve and file its responsive brief on or before May 6, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that Nave, Newell & Stampfl, Ltd., and Nave Newell, Inc., shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before June 2, 2008 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the third-party defendant-respondent shall serve and file its brief on or before July 7, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file its reply brief on or before August 12, 2008; and the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective reply briefs on or before August 27, 2008.
