DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-appellant pro se to relieve assigned counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated October 19, 2007, and to assign new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the respondent-appellant is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the respondent-appellant herein assigned; and it is further,
