On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 15, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, authorized the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding, is amended by deleting from first paragraph the date "July 29, 1971," and substituting therefor the date "July 29, 1981."
