| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant pursuant to CPL 530.45 to be released on his own recognizance, or, in the alternative, to fix bail after his conviction in the Supreme Court, Kings County, after a nonjury trial on April 28, 2008, of the crimes of enterprise corruption, grand larceny in the third degree (four counts), falsifying business records in the first degree (eight counts), forgery in the third degree (two counts), criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree ( two counts), reckless endangerment in the second degree (two counts), and scheme to defraud in the first degree; the trial court remanded the defendant pending the imposition of sentence.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
