Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 29, 2007, and September 25, 2007, respectively, to stay all Family Court proceedings to enforce the child support or maintenance provisions of the judgment of divorce, pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the orders.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
