Appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 26, 2007, and October 29, 2007, respectively. By order to show cause dated April 1, 2008, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by order on certification dated February 29, 2008, to perfect the cross appeal on behalf of Santos Ernesto C. on the ground that the attorney has been unable to contact the appellant, and dismissing the appeal. Application by the cross appellant to withdraw the cross appeals.
On the court's own motion, and on the application of the cross appellant and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross appeals are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
