DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Chei Fong Lee to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 2, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeal by Chei Fong Lee is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules and prior orders of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]); and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals by Susan Phung and Yu Wen Kuo are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that they are not aggrieved by the order dated March 2, 2007 (see CPLR 5511).
