| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with the minutes of the arraignment to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both rendered November 17, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until August 4, 2008, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
