| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to permit the subject children to continue to attend the respondents' school pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 18, 2008. Application by the respondents, in effect, to enjoin the parents of the subject children from entering the school or otherwise interfering with normally scheduled school activities.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the subject children shall continue to attend the subject school until the end of the 2007-2008 school year and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is denied.
