| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Karen A. Iafe, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 19, 1996, under the name Karen Ann Iafe, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Karen Iafe Bray.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Karen Ann Iafe to Karen Iafe Bray, effective immediately.
