2003-09879 In the Matter of Mandy Roth, a voluntary resignee. (Attorney Registration No. 3027091)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Mandy Roth for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. By decision and order on motion of this court dated April 27, 2004, Ms. Roth's voluntary resignation, as an attorney in good standing in New York, was accepted and her name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law without prejudice to an application for reinstatement. The basis of the voluntary resignation was Ms. Roth's move to Pennsylvania and her plan, at that time, to not practice law in New York again. Mandy Roth was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 12, 2000.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Mandy Roth is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, and the Clerk of the court is directed to restore her name to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
