| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 26, 2008, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order dated March 26, 2008, as granted pendente lite possession of the chihuahua named Nilla to the plaintiff is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal or adjudication of the action, whichever occurs first, and the motion is otherwise denied.
