| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to admit pro hac vice Roderick Timothy Dunne and Linda J. Carwile, attorneys in good standing in the State of Illinois, to represent Transportation Insurance Company and Valley Forge Insurance Company on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 13, 2007, and to direct the filing of certain material under seal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Roderick Timothy Dunne and Linda J. Carwile, attorneys in good standing in the State of Illinois, are admited pro hac vice to represent Transportation Insurance Company and Valley Forge Insurance Company in connection with the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the confidential material shall be filed in a joint supplemental record under seal at the time that the joint record on appeal is filed.
