S.R. Realty Group, Inc. v Mamadou, Kane
It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction on condition that the appellant: 1- on or before June 16, 2008, deposits $4,500.oo, representing a portion of the arrears outstanding, with the Clerk of the Civil Court; 2- continues to pay for accruing use and occupancy on each rental due date, without prejudice; and 3- perfects the appeal by June 30, 2008, for the next available term. No further extension of time will be granted. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the orders of this court, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
