Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it
is
ORDERED that the motion for a certified copy of the record and certified copy of transcripts and for an extension of time to perfect
the appeal is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the Clerk of the County Court of Sullivan County is directed to furnish to appellant
one copy of the stenographic minutes of the proceeding in this matter held November 10, 1992, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to
July 7, 2008. It is further
ORDERED that the motions to strike the affirmations in opposition are denied, without costs, and it is
further
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, without costs, unless appellant shall file and serve his brief on or
before July 7, 2008, in which event the motion is denied, and it is further
ORDERED that the cross motion to dismiss the motion to
dismiss and for sanctions is denied, without costs.
