Pro se application by appellant to have Ira M. Pesserilo, Esq., relieved from assignment as his assigned counsel
on appeal and to be allowed to prosecute appeal pro se.
Upon the papers filed in support of said application, and no papers having been
filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that assigned counsel is relieved from any further obligation to represent appellant upon this
appeal, and it is further
ORDERED that appellant's poor person status is continued and he is authorized to proceed pro se, and it is
further
ORDERED that assigned counsel shall forthwith deliver to appellant any and all documents and other items in his possession relative
to this appeal.
