DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to hold in abeyance appeals from an order and a money judgment of the Family Court, Orange County, both dated October 15, 2007, pending determination by the Family Court, Orange County, of his motion to vacate the order and the money judgment, or to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hold the appeals in abeyance is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing his brief on the appeals is enlarged until July 8, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
