2002-05501 In the Matter of Suzana Frlan-Zovko, a suspended attorney. (Attorney Registration No. 2450310)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by the respondent for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 15, 1992, under the name Suzana Frlan. By opinion and order of this court dated April 5, 2004, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years after a disciplinary proceeding in which eight charges of professional misconduct were sustained in whole or in part. By decision and order on motion of this court dated January 9, 2008, as amended January 28, 2008, on the court's own motion, the respondent's motion for reinstatement was held in abeyance and the matter was referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to hear and report on the respondent's current fitness to be an attorney.
Upon the report of the Committee on Character and Fitness, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, the respondent, Suzana Frlan-Zovko, admitted as Suzana Frlan, is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Suzana Frlan-Zovko to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
