| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 9, 2005, and, in effect, to withdraw the brief previously filed and for leave to file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 9, 2008, the appellant shall file copies of the four one-page trial exhibits, containing jury notes, with the original papers; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's brief is stricken, and on or before June 9, 2008, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before August 8, 2008, the respondent shall serve and file a brief.
