Missouri Assets, LLC v White, Alton, et al.
It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is granted on the condition that appellant: 1- pays the April and May 2008 use and occupancy to the petitioner, on or before May 21, 2008, without prejudice; 2- continues to pay accruing monthly use and occupancy, at the rate of $1,022.84, without prejudice ; and 3- perfects the appeal for the September 2008 term of this court - the filing deadline is July 9, 2008. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The appeal may proceed on the original record of the trial court.
