| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiffs for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 30, 2008, and to stay enforcement of a certain judgment by confession dated March 21, 2007, and filed in the office of the County Clerk, Westchester County on April 21, 2008, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that enforcement of the judgment by confession dated March 21, 2007, and filed in the office of the County Clerk, Westchester County on April 21, 2008, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
