DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION Motion by Counsel to be Relieved

Motion by the attorney for the child Derek J.to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child Derek J. on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated February 1, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the child Derek J., Rosa P. Tragni, 414 Harold Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10312, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for Derek J. herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney to represent the child Derek J.:
