ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the plaintiffs pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal by the defendants from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 26, 2007, and appeals by the plaintiffs from two orders of the same court both dated June 26, 2007.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the plaintiffs' time to serve and file a brief in response to the defendants' appeal and the defendants shall file their brief in response to the plaintiffs' appeals on or before is enlarged until June 25, 2008, and the parties' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties' reply briefs shall be served and filed on or before July 10, 2008.
