It is Ordered that the motion to dismiss is granted unless the appeal is argued or submitted at the September 2008 term. The filing deadline is July 9, 2008. In the event of appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal. The motion insofar as it seeks to exclude documents from the record on appeal is denied, without prejudice to renew after the record has been filed, if so advised. The court notes that the execution of the warrant of eviction was stayed only through February 11, 2008.
