Motion by Arthur Rothlein, individually and conducting business under the names A R Agency and Arthur Rothlein Agency, and Arthur Rothlein Agency, Inc., on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 9, 2007, December 19, 2007, and January 8, 2008, respectively, inter alia, to direct the appellant to file a supplemental record containing the full deposition transcript of Arthur Rothlein.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
