Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Orange County, one order dated March 23, 2007, and two orders dated June 11, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children, Kristy L. Horaz, Children's Rights Society, Inc., 213 West Main Street, P.O. Box 1002, Goshen, New York 10924, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
