ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondent-appellant New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2007.

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering briefs, including their points of argument on the cross appeals, on or before July 7, 2008 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents Kline Iron and Steel Co., Inc., and American Steel Erectors, Inc., shall serve an file a brief in response to the briefs of the appellant-respondent, and the respondents-appellants TDX Construction and Gilbane Building Company shall serve and file a brief in response to the cross appeal of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation on or before August 12, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file his reply brief on or before September 17, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their reply briefs on or before October 3, 2008.
